We invite you to sit back relax and join us on this exciting sightseeing tour along the dramatic landscape through The Great Glen. This Highland Mini Tour lasts for six hours, it can be extended by the hour or to a Full Day Tour.

Your Highland Mini Tour begins when we collect you from your desired location in or around Fort William or Oban.

 

On departing we travel the road to the north towards The Great Glen. Our first stop will be the stunning viewpoint above Spean Bridge, It is here you will see the magnificent Commando Memorial that boasts fantastic views to The Nevis Range. The memorial commemorates the troops who trained in this area. We then travel into the Great Glen following the route of The Caledonian Canal and following the shoreline of Loch Lochy and Loch Oich, we will stop to view Glengarry Castle and The Well of The Seven Heads. On arrival into Fort Agustus you will have time for a wander around before boarding your optional boat cruise on The Mighty Loch Ness in search of Nessie The Loch Ness Monster. The boat cruise is opperated by Cruise Loch Ness

On departing Fort Agustus we drive up through the mountains to a stunning view point and hopefully catch a glimpse of a wild deer or two. We then make our way to Achnacarry where we will visit The Clan Cameron Museum and Caig Falls made famous in the blockbuster movie Rob Roy. We then journey back to Fort William stopping at Neptune’s Staircase where you may see boats and barges navigating through the locks of this famous canal constructed by Thomas Telford.
